Orders
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and delivery address. We need this information to fulfil your order and contact you about its status. We retain order data for six years in accordance with UK tax and accounting obligations.
Payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers. Stripe may collect additional information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart active during your visit and to protect against cross-site request forgery. These are strictly necessary for the site to function and cannot be disabled.
If you consent, we also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We will email you to confirm your order and to notify you when it has been dispatched. We will not add you to any marketing mailing list unless you explicitly opt in.

- Royal Mail — delivery (your name and address appear on the parcel)

How long we retain your data
Order records are kept for six years for tax and legal purposes. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Analytics data is retained for 14 months by Google.
