1. About us

Petal Confetti is a UK-based online shop selling dried petal confetti for weddings and celebrations. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices include free UK standard delivery — there are no additional shipping charges.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely — we never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers once the parcel has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.

6. Returns and refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

To request a return, email hello@petalconfetti.co.uk with your order number. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Once we receive the returned goods in satisfactory condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, due to the nature of the product.

7. Product descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, as our confetti is made from natural dried petals, colours and textures may vary slightly between batches. This is a characteristic of natural products, not a defect.

Volume measurements are approximate. We recommend using our confetti calculator to estimate how much you need.

8. Storage

Dried petal confetti should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If stored correctly, it will keep for up to 12 months. We are not liable for confetti that has deteriorated due to improper storage.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
